Biometric Back-End Server Software (BioMatch)

At the heart of BioMatch is our back-end server software which acts as the authority for authentication matching. The flexibility of our enterprise-ready solution allows you to customize the storage and matching of biometrics to your company’s specific requirements.... This can either be done completely on the server, completely on the phone, or with the biometric data broken up and stored between the phone and server, with matching occurring on the server or phone as specified. Our administrative dashboard provides analytics and reporting that businesses require in order to monitor the security and stability of their access control and identity management systems. The server software is based on IEEE 2410, the Biometrics Open Protocol Standard – the first global standard for biometric authentication for digital access and electronic transactions, as well as physical access control.

Biometric-ATM

Enabling reliable ATM Biometric Authentication. Verifying that someone is who they claim to be is a perennial challenge for banks. It spans the whole banking spectrum, from private banks seeking to avoid money laundering, ...to retail banks guarding against identity theft, to institutions servicing the unbanked who have no record of their identity. Biometrics has already gone a long way to solving this problem. Through fingerprint authentication, banks can establish and verify a customer’s identity, unequivocally. This overcomes issues of forgery and impersonation, greatly enhancing security, while decreasing costs. Now, as banks transform from being branch-focused to becoming digital organisations, biometrics will have an increasingly large role to play.

MobiCash e-commerce Marketplace

Physical market and storefronts have been a mainstay in our lives for hundreds of centuries. Merchants have shops with goods that they sell in a physical shop. Customers come in and out of that shop and almost always communicate with the seller with a variety of questions about the products they are selling. With the advent of the internet parts of this dynamic have been partially replicated ‘online’.... An example is facebook groups and messages where users communicate with sellers about items they have posted in the group. Super sites such as amazon are simply e-market places however their size eliminates the possibility of true interaction. But leaving alone the super sites such as Amazon. There is an untapped space of small to medium size merchants they would benefit from and have attempted to open online versions of their stores. Although some have seen some success they have fallen victim to the friction involved in the purchasing process. In addition, the non-interactive nature of these online purchases leaves buyers feeling ‘alone’ and unattended to during the process. Because of how the current online buying experience is working, the comfort that buyers feeling from the interactive nature of face to face contact isn’t available in the current online buying experience. As a result one of the biggest issues facing online stores is the abandonment rate of online purchases that can reach as high as 60%. Buyers come to the store, look around pick a few things but when somewhere between the selection and purchasing they abandon the process. Again the interactive nature of the MobiCash market would allow buys to start conversations with merchants that they are actually interested in. And because of the ‘chat-like’ interactive nature the process. Making a purchases would happen WITHIN the conversation. The conversation like nature of the MobiCash would mimick the to-face nature and conversation like structure of the physical in store buying process. The MobiCash approach feature much less friction and because it eliminates the friction of the buying process, merchants would see a significant increase in revenue and purchases

MobiBeacons

System to connect two devices and allow a payment transaction to take places using an additional connection between devices that does not require internet connections, this secondary connection will happen via any of the following channels: BEACON ... The main purpose of the system would be for a customer to be identified automatically by the merchant / entity in a non-intrusive manner that does not require user or merchant intervention. This identification would have a standard foundation in terms of identifying the customer basic information, e.g name, photo, geolocation etc… However, the system will go one step further to provide contextual information relevant to that particular use case. For example, when a customer walks into a banking hall it would not only identify the customer but would be able to provide contextually relevant information or menu. For the merchant it could identify the class of customer, eg. VIP/ or non-VIP. For the customer it could prompt them with a menu for certain banking services and provide special services based on the customer profile. The combination of identification plus contextual information is a framework that lends its self to a variety of applications: a) Mobile marketing – through this secondary channel user would receive coupons, direct marketing options. b) Payment Options – merchant sends request to customer and payment is completed…but not until verification happens through secondary band (nfc, wifi, etc) c)Public transport – user enters bus, device detected, money is deducted, system must be able to work offline d)Immigration and passport controls – store passport / identify data on the phone in an encrypted format, would be able to scan ticket info, ability to send electronic visa format to your phone, automatically recognize person in on the premises using this secondary band… e)Hotel reservation – recognize hotel checkin…when user enters hotel they are automatically recognized and checked in… f)Highway tolls / police applications – users are automatically detected and verified… g) Parking – find my car / airport checkin / tag luggage
